Fluffy & Soft Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe | Homemade great vanilla cupcakes



Fluffy Cupcakes and Sweets presents fluffy and soft vanilla cupcakes recipe. A homemade vanilla cupcake. I got this recipe at Martha Stewart website, the website presents Billy's Vanilla Cupcakes. I tried it and it's really tasty and I'm excited to share it with you. The recipe called for unbleached flour but I used regular flour because that's what I have in hand. My vanilla cupcake came out perfectly, can't go wrong, this vanilla cupcakes always delicious homemade vanilla cupcakes.

Fluffy & Soft Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups cake flour, not self-rising
1 1/4 cups unbleached all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 sticks of butter
4 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Procedure

Preheat your oven at 325°F.
Line cupcake pans w/ cupcake liners.
In a bowl whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla (wet ingredients).
Sift flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt and whisk (dry ingredients).
With your stand mixer add the soften butter, mix until just coated the flour.
Add the wet ingredients 3rd part to the flour coated with butter.
Now, it's time to fill the cupcake liner 2/3 full and bake it at 17 - 20 mins.

Baked Fried Catfish Recipe

How do you cook your catfish, is it baked catfish or fried catfish? I think you can cook it
a little bit of both. My baked fried catfish is a delicious catfish recipe, I just want to share
it with you. I get my catfish at Walmart. It's frozen catfish fillet but it’s decent catfish, no
muddy texture, no muddy smell catfish. Try to buy catfish and cook it like what I did.
I’m sure you will love it. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

3 catfish fillets
1 tbsp. Uncle Chris Fish Seasoning
1 cup cornstarch or cornmeal ( I used cornstarch with my catfish)
¼ extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper (use to marinate catfish)
2 cloves garlic (use to marinate catfish)
1 cup milk (use to marinate catfish)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F. 
Marinate your catfish w/ milk, salt & pepper, garlic- marinade for 30 minutes
Mix 1 cup cornstarch and Uncle Chris Fish Seasoning
Pour olive oil to the sheet pan.
Dredge catfish fillet to the cornstarch mixture.
Put the catfish to the sheet pan and dredge with olive oil on the pan.
Bake for 15- 18 mins. ( if you want a little bit of soft meat - 15 mins.)
(I baked mine for 18 mins. Crusty at the bottom and cooked all the way on top
of the fish, it’s not soggy.)

Easy Chicken Gizzard Steak Recipe




I just made Chicken Gizzard Steak Recipe that is easy to make. I just bought chicken gizzard at Walmart, it's cheap and I can make a decent gizzard recipe that I can serve for dinner. Nowadays, tighten belts are in, because of COVID-19, quarantine. We need to save a little bit and eat good food as well. With this Chicken Gizzard Steak Recipe, it's a good partner for rice. Here is the recipe and video that I want to share with you all.

Chicken Gizzard Steak Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb. chicken gizzard
3 cloves garlic
1 whole onion
1 mushroom gravy mix
flour

Procedure:

1.  First, boil chicken gizzard to make gizzard tender.

2.  Minced garlic and sliced  the onion in round.

3.  Dissolve the mushroom gravy mix with water, and set aside.

4.  Prepare the flour

5.  Preheat oil, when oil is ready you can fry the gizzard.
6.  Dredge the gizzard to flour and fry it.

7.  After frying all the gizzard then set aside.

8.  Saute onion and get some onion that has been sauted and set aside for toppings,
add garlic to saute then add the mushroom gravy. Add a little bit of salt, taste if it
needs salt to taste.

9.  Then add the fried chicken gizzard to the sauce, mix till coated the gizzard with sauce.
Add the onions for toppings.

10.  Enjoy my Chicken Gizzard Steak.
