Potato & Onion Dinner Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:
4 cups bread flour (sifted)
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup fine sugar
1 packet of instant yeast
Wet Ingredients:
1/2 cup water - warm
1/4 cup buttermilk - warm
6 Tbsps. melted butter
2 eggs
1 cup mashed potatoes
2 Tbsps diced onion
Directions:
Preheat the oven at 350°F.
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients, the other bowl mix the wet ingredients.
Add the dry and wet ingredients in a mixing bowl, then knead for 7 minutes, if it's still sticky add another 3 minutes.
A dough will be a little sticky but it's easy to handle.
Grease the bowl and put the dough inside the bowl, a little toss of the dough so that it will be coated with oil. Cover with plastic wrap. Let it rise for 1 hour.
After 1 hr. punched the dough and make a roll. I weigh every roll for 27 grams. In that way all rolls will be at the same size and bake evenly.
Let it rise for 30 minutes.
Bake for 18 minutes. You still need to check your rolls before 18 minutes end. I noticed the quick browning on top of the dinner rolls that's why I took out the roll from the oven after 12 minutes.
Check the inner temperature of the rolls, a temperature of 200°F it's done.

Coffee Bread Pudding Recipe
I have bread pudding recipe and I just experiment to add coffee granules with this new bread pudding recipe today. As in, flavored coffee bread pudding. While I'm mixing all the ingredients I can smell the coffee and it is really good. The coffee bread pudding came out really delicious, as you can imagine i put 1/2 cup coffee granules it's possible it has bitter taste. No, it doesn't have bitter taste, the coffee bread pudding came not too sweet, not bitter, it mellows down the sweetness of the bread pudding. Just right. Must try! Super easy.
COFFEE BREAD PUDDING RECIPE
Ingredients:
15 pcs. bread, cut bread into cubes
3 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 TBSP melted butter
2 tsps vanilla extract
1/2 cup coffee granules
Instructions:
Pre heat the oven at 350°F
In a mixing bowl whisk the sugar and butter until sugar dissolves
Add the rest of the ingredients, except the bread cubes. Make sure the coffee granules dissolves.
Soak the bread batter for 15 minutes.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.

Bread Pudding Pinoy Style
I love bread pudding even many people said that bread
pudding is the recycling recipe of a stale bread. I always buy bread pudding
when I go to bakery it really tastes good. I just searched bread pudding
recipe online to try it myself, if I can create the same bread pudding that I
tasted before. This bread pudding recipe from Sarap Pinoy recipe. It is the same taste of bread pudding that I was buying at the bakery when I was young. Of course, I’m not using bread that is really, really
old. The bread I used is a bit early for its expiration date. I made this bread
pudding night time and I ate too much. Anyway, I would like to share this bread
pudding recipe by Sarap Pinoy. Hope you enjoy!
BREAD PUDDING RECIPE
Ingredients:
15 pcs bread, cut bread to cubes
3 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 Tbsps melted butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins (it's my addition to the recipe)
Instructions:
Pre heat the oven at 350°F
In a mixing bowl put all the ingredients and let it soak for 15 minutes
Put pudding batter into square pan
Bake it for 35 to 45 minutes
Check for toothpick test for doneness, if the toothpick is clean, it is done. Let it cool down before cut into slices

Strawberry Fruit Dip Recipe
Happy New Year!!! I’m sure our Kababayan’s had many fruits left on their table. That’s how Filipinos prepared to welcome a New Year by having good food on the table, different kinds of fruits that consists of different kind of fruits and it should be 12 pieces as possible. Having bunch of fruits on the table is one the beliefs that life will be prosperous for the coming New Year. Do you eat all the fruits on your table? Making fruit dip will give you the appetite to eat the fruits from your table.
Well, I just tried to make strawberry fruit dip and it will be a compliment for the bunch of fruits that left after New Year. Strawberry fruit dip will make all fruits be the star again and your kids or you will eat all the fruits on your table. Strawberry fruit dip is so easy to make.

BANANA BREAD w/ MAYONNAISE
Banana Bread with Mayonnaise? Hmmm…. Something new, just like me I have a question: banana bread with mayonnaise, what does it taste like? No butter needed for this banana bread recipe because mayonnaise will serve as 2 in 1 ingredient, mayonnaise is made of egg white and oil. It make sense, right? This Banana Bread with mayonnaise came from Pinoy business website. Actually the name is only banana bread. I just added mayonnaise to the title. Why not? It's new. I just want to share and introduce banana bread with mayonnaise. I tried it and the bread tastes good, it is sweet and the banana taste really shines without banana flavoring. Must try banana bread recipe. You can add 1/2 walnuts to add texture to your banana bread.
BANANA BREAD w/ MAYONNAISE
Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup miracle whip dressing
3 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Procedure:
1. Preheat the oven at 350°F.
2. Prepare the dry ingredients. Mix the flour, salt, and baking soda and set aside.
3. Prepare another bowl and mix the Wet ingredients. Whisk egg, sugar, mayonnaise and mashed bananas. Whisk until sugar dissolved.
4. Then add the dry ingredients (flour mixture) to wet ingredients (egg mixture) mix until no flour visible, but don't over mix.
5. Then pour into 9x5 greased pan.
6. Bake for 1 hour. After 30 minutes, cover the banana bread with aluminum foil to avoid the banana bread to burn on top.
7. Let it cool in pan for 10 mins.
8. Good eats!

Red Velvet White Chip Cookies
New cookie recipe, Red Velvet White Chip Cookies. I just watched Cupcake Jemma, they have a video of making red velvet with white chocolate cookies. I really love white chocolate added to cookies and frosting, white chocolate has a good taste especially the Ghirardelli white chocolate chips. Out of curiosity I checked the recipe of CupcakeJemma’s Red Velvet with white chocolate cookies, but… the ingredients are for a big batch of cookies and I only need red velvet white chocolate cookies for a small batch to make. I just search for other website and Taste of Home have that Red Velvet White Chip Cookies, the recipe is for small batch only and I did try to make that batch of cookies and the Red Velvet White Chip Cookies was a success, the cookies was crunchy outside and chewy in the inside. There you go, make your own red velvet white chip cookies for your kids.

LEMON CREAM CUPCAKES RECIPE
Lemon cream cupcakes is the cupcake recipe that compliments the sunshine design using candy corn. I really search and test the lemon cupcakes that are delicious and have a tangy taste. I found the Lemon Cream Cupcakes from the Taste of Home website. I tried it and it taste good. The recipe indicates 25-30 mins baking but I just baked for 21 mins, the top of the cupcake creates crust but inside is moist. That’s why with my video I recommend baking it for 18-20 mins. The lemon cream cupcakes with lemon frosting is delicious and using candy corn will complement the tangy taste of lemon. It’s really the best lemon cream cupcakes ever.

Raisin Bread Pudding Recipe w/ Caramel Sauce
Raisin Bread Pudding is a recipe that gives life to stale bread. I have watched tv, and the guest chef was talking about how to make bread pudding. The chef said you can make bread pudding even if your bread is not stale yet just put the bread on the pan and let the bread dry. He said you can use any bread or donut. The chef made bread pudding recipe and he used donut. Happy bread pudding everyone.
EASY RAISIN BREAD PUDDING w/ CARAMEL SAUCE
Ingredients:
16 slices bread, cubed
1 cup raisins
4 large eggs slightly beaten
2 cans evaporated milk
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup melted butter
2 tsps vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
Caramel sauce (homemade or you can buy at the store)
Procedure:
Preheat the oven @ 350°F.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except the bread.
Then pour the milk mixture into the sliced bread and mix so all the bread has mixed well.
Pour the bread pudding into the pan.
Bake it for 45 mins.

Election Cake? I just saw it on Facebook. The New York Times post about Election Cake, A recipe from Marion Cunningham. I can’t believe it, but I searched on Election Cake Recipe. It’s a vintage cake recipe. It was generally a yeast cake with spices and nuts added. Some recipes that I read say they add rhum with it. I just prefer a simple recipe as is. I made an Election Cake Recipe from Marion Cunningham. The cake recipe itself is a combination of yeast and baking soda, I’m kinda confused too. After I made the cake it tasted good, good spice and soft cake. This Election Cake is for all American people that exercise their rights to vote, whoever they bet for president. American have spoken and that’s Amazing.

NOT YOUR SAVORY CHEESE MUFFINS RECIPE
Yes, this is not your savory Cheese Muffin Recipe. This is the Cheese Muffins that have condensed milk that make this muffin sweet. This is Filipino cheese cupcake recipe. A cupcake that is the best partner for coffee. The Filipino cheese cupcake is not airy, not fluffy but soft because I add lemon juice in it. In the Philippines we call it cheese cupcake but my cheese cupcake, I call it Not Savory Cheese Muffins. This recipe is from food.com. If you want to visit the website and just search for pinoy cheese cupcakes. Usually, cheese cupcakes Pinoy style are a bit tough, dry because the wet ingredient is condensed milk which is thick. Now, I made a little revision for this recipe which make Cheese Cupcakes moist and soft. I made kind of buttermilk mixture with 1 can condensed milk and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice let set for 5 minutes then mix. Bake for 18 minutes.

I would like to introduce to you Chayote. We all know that Chayote is a vegetable but I searched chayote at Wikipedia and came out that Chayote is fruit, family of squash, Chayote is good source of Vitamin C.
I remember before we had a small store selling fruits and cooked food. My parents always wake in the morning and go to Divisoria (a place in Manila where the majority of the goods they’re selling are cheap).
My mother was cooking meat and vegetables to sell. I always assist my mother when she’s cooking food to sell. I always observed how my mother cooked, one time I asked my mother if I could cook chayote. My mother said yes and she allowed me to cook chayote. I did cook chayote but as I remember the chayote that I cooked was salty. Didn’t sell much because it didn’t sell much but it’s my learning experience in cooking.
How to Cook Chayote (Sayote)
Ingredients:
2 pcs. chayote (sayote)
1/2 ground pork
1 medium carrots
7 cloves garlic
1 pc onion
1 bell pepper
soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. In a pan, heat up oil.
2. Saute onion until translucent, then add garlic.
3. After garlic a little brown add the meat.
4. When meat turned brown, add a little water and let it simmer.
5. Add Chayote and carrots, let it simmer when vegetable darken it's already cooked.
6. Add sweets peppers.
7. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Homemade Chicken Tocino
Ingredients:
1 kilo boneless chicken thighs
3 tbsps finely minced garlic
½ tbsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
3 tbsps brown sugar
⅔ cup pineapple juice
2 tsps soy sauce
2 tbsps oil
Procedure:
Mix toger garlic, salt, ground pepper, brown sugar, pineapple juice, and soy sauce.
Stir until well combined.
Add in chicken thighs and marinade it an hour or more.
In a non-stick fryer, fry chicken into oil.
Enjoy homemade chicken tocino a partner for your rice. Breakfast happy.

Pumpkin Filling Recipe for Empanada, Pie, and Hopia.
Pumpkin filling for pi, empanada, and hopia. It’s easy when you make pumpkin filling for a pie just mix all the ingredients and pour on your prepared pie crust. I always make this pumpkin pie filling for my pumpkin empanada and hopia. The challenge for pumpkin filling is, it takes a while to cook the pumpkin filling. It should not be soggy, it should not be too dry, just right to fill my empanada dough. Here is the recipe I want to share with you.
Pumpkin Filling Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ nutmeg
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
1 ⅓ cups evaporated milk
Procedure:
In a bowl add sugar, spices and eggs. Whisk to combine until there’s no longer any lumps.
Add pumpkin puree and evaporated milk and whisk again until smoothen.
Prepare a pan, put ½ butter then pour the pumpkin puree mixture and cook it in medium heat for 1 ½ hour until the mixture is not watery. Mix occasionally to avoid burning of mixture.
Diced Hopia w/ Pumpkin Filling
Making Diced Hopia no oven is needed. The regular filling for hopia are mung beans, sweet potato but mine is pumpkin because it’s Thanksgiving is getting near I think my diced hopia will be in season, right? The challenge is how to pump the right texture to fill the hopia dough. Pumpkin in a can is too watery. It takes a while to create the right texture of pumpkin filling. Diced hopia is easy to make, no need for an oven, it will be good business coz you can sell it warm to your customer as long as you have a thick pan or a griddle.

Ingredients:
2 cups of glutinous rice
1 cup water
Procedure:
Mix glutinous rice and water until you reach the consistency. Just add a little glutinous rice if the mixture is too wet. Knead for awhile and make your bilo bilo.

Super Easy Beef Taquito Recipe
Beef Taquito, my husband and I love to eat Beef Taquito, the snack that we always get
from Stripes, a South Texas convenience store. I really like Stripes taquito because of the
crunch of the corn tortilla they used.
Today I made our own beef Taquito, I searched for the recipe and it’s easy to make.
I just bought a regular mini corn tortilla but Stripe’s taquito tastes like Dorito chips.
Anyway here is the recipe for the Beef Taquito I made. Super easy to make, super easy
to follow. You can add more spices like cummin, chilli, paprika.
Ingredients:
1 lb chuck roast beef
½ salsa
Beef broth
Direction:
Put beef, salsa, and beef broth into a pan.
Simmer for 4 hours or more until it’s tender and it will come out shredded beef.
After simmering for 4 or more hours, take out the juice and shred the beef with a fork.
Then, chop the beef into tiny pieces and set aside.
Warm the corn tortilla
Prepare a glue for corn tortilla a mixture of 2 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp water.
Prepare the corn tortilla and put beef filling then put floru and water mixture on the
edges of the corn torilla.
Preheat the oil at 375° then fry the taquito until it turns brown.
